This is a 20oz storyboard tumbler. The inner layer is blue with stars. There's a layer of silver glitter that floats between the two layers. The outer layer is red, white, and blue foils with stars and firework designs. This tumbler will need to be shaken occasionally to get the glitter to float around.

If this is the case, the seller needs to be contacted within 24 hours after receiving the order. The buyer will need to be send the item back to seller so that it can either be fixed or replaced.
