Terms and Conditions for Physical Goods (Tumblers and Pens)

By purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

  • Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.​

  • Please be as specific as possible when giving information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your tumbler. We cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices you picked or if you failed to specify something.

  • Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact us if there is a problem with your item caused by an error ON OUR PART. The buyer is responsible for shipping back to us if this is the case. The item will be fixed at no charge to however, shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

  • Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be completely glitter-free due to the item being created in an area where glitter is present (and glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of).

  • All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high-quality products, however, please keep in mind these are love-crafted products and no one is perfect.

Terms and Conditions for Digital Files

DESIGN PURCHASE LIMITS / PROHIBITIONS / TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

​

YOU MAY:

  • Use the png files on completed items such as headbands, tumblers, tshirts, hats, etc

  • Change the color of a single color png file to another single color

  • Resize files to fit your finished product

  • Pair files together to make tumbler wrap files for finished items only

  • Add a name to a tumbler wrap file for finished products only

 

YOU MAY NOT:

  • Add a pattern overlay to any png files

  • order custom screen prints through an unlicensed vendor

  • take my seamless files and incorporate it into another digital design to sell

  • Resell files or part of files

  • Post mockups or items without a watermark

  • Share png files with ANY ONE OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS

  • Post files in dump groups

  • post our files to your Facebook group without a watermark

  • Post unwatermarked photos on any platform or private messages

  • Sell printed transfers, stickers, etc without purchasing the licensing
